HOW DO I BOOK A TRANSFER ON THE WEBSITE?
You can pay for your reservation online through Paypal, Stripe, Credit or Debit Card.
You can only pay cash for arrival transfer, for transfers back to Cancun airport (one way) have to be paid in advance to guarantee your transfer service.
HOW DO I GET FROM CANCUN AIRPORT TO MY HOTEL?
The best way to get to your Hotel, Airbnb or destination from Cancun Airport, is to use private transportation services, because private services are safer and more efficient, not to mention that they take you directly to your destination, without the need to make stops or wait for more travelers to arrive and depart.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
You can make your reservation up to 12 hours in advance. We recommend that if you make a last minute reservation, please make the payment in order to guarantee your service.
WILL I SHARE THE CAR WITH SOMEONE ELSE?
No. All our transfers are private.
CAN I STILL GET MY TRANSFER IF MY ARRIVAL FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
We will wait for you until the plane lands, we monitor the arrival flights.
HOW LONG WILL THE DRIVER WAIT FOR ME?
In the case of your arrival, your driver will wait for you up to 45 minutes after your flight lands, because we know that once you arrive at the airport you have to go through customs and then collect your luggage. If you notice that it is taking you more than 45 minutes it is extremely important that you contact us to avoid a no-show.
In the case of departures, the maximum waiting time is 20 minutes, so we recommend you to check out before your scheduled pick up.
HOW CAN I PAY MY RESERVATION?

WHICH CURRENCY DO YOU TAKE?
Transfers can be paid with US Dollars or CAN Dollars, Please note the Canadian bill must be in synthetic polymer, you can also pay in Pesos. Check with your driver for the updated exchange rate if paying in pesos.
CAN I ASK THE DRIVER STOP ON A GROCERY STORE ON THE WAY TO OUR DESTINATION?
We can provide a 15 minutes complementary stop in any convenience store.
For grocery store has an extra charge for $40 USD Per hour, wich must be prebooked.
CAN WE PRE ORDER DRINKS FOR THE RIDE?
Sure we are offering the option to pre order drinks, which you can do when making the reservation here on our website and we also offer Sun screen, Aftersun & Insect Repellent.
